At Dulce Clean Living, our work is rooted in care, quality, and deep respect—for your space, and for our time and craft. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all clients review and honor the following policies:

Deposits & Payment
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
Respecting T ime
• Please be present or accessible via phone at the scheduled time.
• If we are unable to access your space within 20 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Services that go beyond the agreed time may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a lost deposit.
• You may reschedule one time without penalty if proper notice is given.
Communication
• Please share any access instructions, preferences, or special requests before your scheduled appointment.
• Transparency is key—we will always communicate about time, pricing, and expectations clearly.
Preparing Your Space
• For organizing or deep cleaning, we ask that basic tidying is done beforehand, unless previously discussed.
• If excessive clutter, pet messes, or heavy dirt is present, pricing may be adjusted based on scope.
